Room in a Shared Flat, Gateway, SE17

Large double room in a 4 bed 3/4th floor flat. Shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room with 3 full time flatmates.

Flat is 15 minutes walk from both Elephant and Castle and Kennington for access to the tube. Buses to most of London from outside the front door of the building. Tesco is 2 minutes walk and Morrisons is 5.

Bills are included, this includes gas, electric, council tax, internet and cleaner.

The room is fully furnished with a bed & mattress, a wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a desk & chair. Not all the furniture in the room will be staying, as some is owned by the current tenant. We have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas once a week, but would be happy to clean additional rooms if organised directly with her. Any additional requests would be considered. There is also a separate room which is used as an office by tenants.

In the flat currently are 2 girls and 1 guy full time. Jacqueline and a couple, Jane and Jacob. All often around in the evenings and would be happy to get to know a new housemate as much or as little as they pleased.

The building has on street parking at the rear, which is available with a permit from the council which should be free.

There is a bike locker which would be available for use if required.

No Cats or Dogs, but other smaller pets considered.
