Hey girls! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I've had an amazing opportunity come up that I can’t pass on, meaning I’ll need to move out. The room will be available from mid-November, located in Zone 2 (Westferry/Poplar).
Rent is £833 + bills, with a deposit of £865.
🏠 Location: It’s a 15-minute walk to Canary Wharf and 20 minutes to Bank or London Bridge by public transport (just a 7-minute walk to the DLR).
You’ll be living with two friendly housemates in their mid-20s. The house has a relaxed, non-party vibe. One housemate works full-time and the other has hospitality shifts, so their schedules vary. When they’re both free, they enjoy hanging out, sharing meals, watching movies, or exploring parks/markets on weekends. Everyone respects each other’s space, but they’re hoping for a housemate who feels like part of the home, not just a tenant 💕💗.
The flat is cosy and has great transport links. There’s a washer/dryer, good heating, a small balcony, and a TV in the lounge.
