Room in a Shared Flat, Goulden House, SW11

Hello! We are looking for a third person for a double room in a flat in Battersea from the 26th of October, as sadly our current flatmate is leaving the country soon.
The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a kitchen, and a living room with a balcony. The room comes unfurnished, however, the bed, a large wooden rack, and a chest of drawers in the dressing room will stay in the room (the rest of the furniture will be moved out).
Me and my friend/flatmate Nasreen are current tenants. We are looking for someone with a daily schedule and someone who is looking for a friendly, quiet, and clean place/environment. Me and Nasreen are professionals with daily busy schedules and we both like to return to a tidy and quiet space after the day. I am also a yoga teacher and enthusiastic road cyclist, enjoying diy, gardening, painting, and long walks. Naz is an enthusiastic painter and creative writer, she enjoys galleries, museums, nature, and walks/hikes, and traveling. More details upon request.

Clapham Junction is 10 minutes walking distance, from where there is a good train connection and also the overground.
Battersea Park and the river are also a short distance from the apartment, 5-10 minutes.
15-20 minutes by bus to Vauxhall (Victoria line) or Victora (Victoria, District and Circle line).
10 minutes by bus to Battersea Power station (Northern line).
Within 10 minutes by bus to Chelsea, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, and Sloane Square.
The rent is £800 + bills (around £60-90) per month.
