I am moving out to a place closer to my workplace, and that makes this airy, spacious room available to rent straightaway from 2nd of May.

The room comes with a double bed, 3 wardrobes, large beside table, a desk and chair, a big shelf, 3 small shelves and 2 small storage units. The room receives a lot of light and is always warm. Heating, water, gas and parking are included. The rest of the bills are split with tenants and amount to around £70-£80 per month.

It's located in a very good area with great connectivity to travel links for commute. It's a 5 min walk to Tesco superstore, tube stations are a 10 min walk away, and several restaurants and pubs are located in the vicinity.
