Room in a Shared Flat, Great Titchfield Street, W1W

We have a room available in our three-bed flat near Great Portland Street Station. Currently living here is me, a 23-year-old male student at UCL, and my friend, a 23-year-old male Software Engineer. We're looking for someone to join us until September when our tenancy ends. The flat actually has four bedrooms, but we currently use the fourth as a social/living space, though we would consider renting both spare rooms to the right people.
