Room in a Shared Flat, Greenwell Street, W1W

The house has a big living room, kitchen, 2 toilets and a private outdoor area. Unfortunately, I am moving out due to personal reasons. The current flatmates absolutely love it, it is very central (3min walk from Great Portland Street).

We are looking for someone to replace me in the biggest room. The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (both new in April this year). I recently bought a desk and a chest of drawers - if you'd like I would want to sell it for a reasonable price; if not that's completely fine!
The room is very bright and airy with three large windows. The rest of the flat is pretty much furnished, so it is move in ready! The rent will be £1250 pcm excluding bills.

Ideal date to move in would be July 20th but we can figure out something that works for both of us. Please drop me a message on here if you would like to view in person/via video.
