A smart 2 bedroom lower ground floor apartment in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment has 2 loft-style double bedrooms, one bathroom and a large fully fitted kitchen. Both rooms available, the larger bedroom is £1,450pcm and the slightly smaller room is £1,350pcm.

The apartment is situated on a quiet residential road with great access to Central London walking distance to four tube stations: Goodge St, Warren St, Great Portland Street and Oxford Circus. Cafes and restaurants everywhere and a Tesco Express in the next street.

You will be staying with the landlord. I will be out of London from February to April and possibly beyond so will be using my apartment as a base to stay when I am in London so you will have the flat mostly to yourselves, bills included.

I am looking for someone who is chilled, house-trained and coming home to this place to relax after a hard day's work, no parties. I have an interest in travel, art-house movies and and healthy lifestyle (gym and racquet sports) so would be good if you have similar interests.
