Room in a Shared Flat, Harold Estate, SE1

Hello, I’ve been living in this flat for over a year and I had a really good time. I’m moving out of the flat because I’m moving in with my boyfriend. 🥳

The room is available from the 22nd of June, with potential to move in earlier.

The room itself is quite spacious, has a good feel, and gets a lot of natural light. There’s a double bed and a wardrobe, but the desk can stay as well if needed for less than it's worth.

The flat is split on two levels with the bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. The downstairs is spacious with a separate fully-fitted kitchen and living room.

You'd be living with Ernest, 28, and Peter, 24. Ernest is very sociable and enjoys swimming, reading and plays a bit of guitar. Peter is half Italian, likes running, cycling and is an amazing cook (delicious italian food is one of the perks of the flat).

They both work in tech, are lovely people, and are very easy to live with. Everyone's chill, clean, likes spending time together (occasional movie/board game night), but also respects each others' space.

Bills have never gone above £120 a month in winter and are lower in the summer (inc council tax). The location is great and well connected: 15 min walkto both Elephant & Castle and London Bridge, and buses taking you into central on the main road near the house. There’s also a Tesco and Lidl within walking distance (5-10 min).
