Room in a Shared Flat, Hayter Road, SW2

A flatmate is moving out to go travelling in the new year so we are looking for someone to move into his room.

You’ll be living with one other flatmate. As he works in workspace fit-out he's generally out of the flat all day with the odd day working from home.

Looking for a working professional who has similar interests and is easy going and respectful. Ideally trying to find someone who is sociable and mid 20s - early 30s.

Current flatmate's ideal move out date would be Jan 6th so available from Jan 7th but this can be flexible dependant on what date works best.

The landlord does require a credit check prior to approval.

The flat;

Located just between Brixton hill and Acre lane, 10 mins walk from Brixton station and 20 mins walk from Clapham North. 5 mins walk from Tesco and Lidl. The flat on the top floor of a 6 apartment building with mainly young professionals, everyone is really friendly and respectful.

The room,

Large double bedroom, ideal for someone who works from home a lot. The room comes with the bed, bedside table and wardrobe but as the housemate is going travelling he’s happy to negotiate on any other items you may want.
