I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed flat in Elephant & Castle - female professionals and single occupancy only. Ideally you would want to rent for at least 1 year.

- The Apartment is located 2 minutes away from Elephant & Castle Thameslink station and roughly 7 minutes walk to Elephant & Castle underground station. (Both Bakerloo & Northern Line)
- It has good bus links to Central London - 63 to Kings Cross; 133 to Holborn; 176/188 to Tottenham Court Road
- The flat is south & west facing - the room being let has lots of natural lighting coming through!

It is an ensuite room with walk-in closet - furnished with a double bed, work desk, chest of drawers and swivel chair. Black out curtains are installed, windows are triple glazed so very good insulation. Shower room is right next to the closet so you get 100% privacy.

About the flat 🍳
Kitchen appliances and furniture are pretty much all brand new - includes dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and oven. I also have an airfryer which I'll be happy to share :)

As London has REALLY hard water, I have also already installed a water softener device from Harvey Softeners. It is said that soft water is better for skin and hair - it also means you don't get as much limescale.

There is a utilities cupboard which is located near the front door and has a washing machine with dryer function.

Rent: £1,500 per month (this includes council tax, wifi, water and internet) - electricity & heating are excluded.
