I'm looking for a friendly, female flatmate to share this gorgeous 2 bed flat in North Finchley. 10 mins walk from the tube on the Northern line (Woodside Park is nearest tube station).

1125/mth plus bills.

You'll have a double bedroom with sole use of the main bathroom, which has a bath and a large walk in shower. The room looks out onto a big west facing balcony, which has a table and 2 chairs, lots of plants and a relaxing swinging egg chair and looks down onto the small communal garden below with no other properties overlooking. There"s a large built in wardrobe in the room with lots of hanging space and a large shelf for jumpers etc. also 2 large chest of drawers.

The flat is spacious and full of light with a really efficient heating system which means it's always very warm. There is already absolutely everything you need here incl cooking utensils and all the essentials. I'd like to live with someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space.

I'm a friendly, open and happy single woman. I work full-time, working from home 2 days a week. My friends are a wide age range between 30's and 60's. I do Pilates and yoga at home, I like walking, reading, listening to music, theatre, cinema, exploring London finding great places for coffee, brunch and occasionally dinner. I'd like to share with someone who wants to socialise sometimes but I'm also conscious of personal space and independent lives
