Clean Double Room + Private Bathroom & Toilet

Hello! My flatmate is unfortunately moving out so I'm looking for someone. Here I'm writing about what you'd like to know, I'd appreciate it if you'd read them all the way before sending me a message.

About Contract & Payment:

As this can be critical, I'm putting this on top. You'd be signing up on a proper contract working with a letting agent, Savills and our landlady, replacing the current flatmate until 22nd September, 2024(For the sharer change fee, Savills will charge you £50 when working on the contract.) After that, you can extend the contract with us or so.

About Flat:

You can't be disappointed by anything about this flat and surroundings; Great security with double entrance only open with the fob, spacious lift, concierge, building cleaner, bike storage at backyard plus 5-min walk from Highbury & Islington station, Islington Central Library, Highbury Field and Upper Street connecting to Angel a stone's throw away.

It has 2 double-bed rooms, 2 bathroom both including toilet, 1 kitchen and 1 living room, 1 storage. Most importantly, our landlady is fantastic. She's nice, kind and cooperative with immediate answers.

About Your Room:

It's on the 4th floor, double-glazed, wooden floor with floor heating system(but we've never turned it on even in minus temperatures in winter as the flat is incredibly warm) The room is clean and sunny and furnished with a double bed and mattress, a 3-drawer chest, a wardrobe. You'd be using your private bathroom and toilet and only sharing kitchen and living room which is very spacious, sunny and airy.

About Bills:

It's around £160~170/months per person including all(electricity, gas, water, Internet and council tax)

About Your Flatmate:

You'd be living with me(Jo), a 36-year old Korean working in textile and my husband, also a 36-year old Korean working in F&B. We've been in London for about a half year and lived in Edinburgh after coming from Seoul.

What I'm Looking for in a Flatmate:

A similar aged professional who is calm and respectful, keeps things clean and tidy. The current flatmate and we've enjoyed the calm and minimal vibe of this flat, no party at home, asking permission in advance in case of inviting someone to the flat for examples, and I want to keep that going with my new flatmate.
