My current flatmate is moving out with his friends between early December and early January (he can be flexible on the date to accommodate your ideal move-in date) and I am looking for someone to fill the available room as I would like to stay in this amazing flat.
The flat is quite new (building was built less than 4 years ago) and composed of:
- 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom (The one available)
- 1 bedroom with another bathroom (The one I am currently occupying)
- A large living / dining room with a kitchen (including a washing machine and dishwasher)
- Fully furnished (just the TV belong to my current flatmate)
- A balcony
- A lot of storage space
- A place to store your bike on the ground floor
The room is at £1,550 per month plus charges (currently £150-180 per person for water, electricity, gas and internet).
The apartment is in a quiet area (view on a private park so barely any noise) and secured with a 24h concierge.
You also have a gym one minute away.
This is an ideal location near central London without the noise, you are:
- 4 min walk from Caledonian Road station (Picadilly line), one stop from King's Cross
- 8 min walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury railway station (overground) to go to East and West London
- Close to several buses to go to the center, Angel, ...
- Within 15-20min walking distance to Kings Cross, Camden and Highbury and Islington areas
Many shops nearby:
Sainsbury's, Tesco, Nissa and Co-op as well as a Starbucks and "green, healthy" stores within 5 minutes walk.
Large Iceland, Waitrose, Morrisons and Lidl within 15 minutes walk.
The current lease will end on June 5 2024 but if everything goes well I am looking to renew for another year on my side.
About me: I am a calm and clean 31-year-old professional, in London for 4 years working 2 days a week from home.
