Short let for female - 2/3 months minimum

Hi there,
Looking for working professional ( female) for short term while i am away. Minimum 2/3months, open to discuss longer term.
House has everything and rent includes all the bills except house groceries or day to day items/ cleaning etc, that could be shared with the current house mate.
Location is very accessible with two underground stations 7 min walk sea and main Wimbeldon station 15 min walk. There are all the main stores at a walking distance and good bus connectivity as well.
Current housemate  is a working professional female.
Looking for someone who will keep the place neat and tidy and share house chores regularly.
