Parking on the street and nearby streets is restricted only at midday for a few hours otherwise free to park. Free parking on some nearby streets as well.

All bills and broadband included.

Cleaning is additional £ arranged with the other 2 tenants as there is a cleaner who comes every other week to clean the kitchen and bathroom meanwhile everybody maintains a clean environment.

Current tenants are two lovely professionals living in two separate rooms (female and male)
Shared kitchen/dinning space.
The flat includes dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Smoking is allowed outside the flat but not inside.

1 month deposit required

I am looking for clean, tidy, reliable and trustworthy professional who respects others private space and will be happy to share a glass of something over a nice talk every now and again if they wish to.
