We are looking for a tenant(s) to live in a flatshare with two other people. The room is an en-suite double on the first floor available for £970 per month + bills for 1 person.

This is a maisonette flat with 3 refurbished rooms with a main shared kitchen downstairs for regular meals.

Tenants will be non-smokers, tidy and not too noisy.

Just a 7-minute walk from Whitechapel Station and a 15-minute walk to Aldgate East and Liverpool Street Stations.

Rooms are furnished with beds and dressers. WiFi, council tax, service charge, water bill and fortnightly cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent. Other utilities ( Gas and Electricity ) are not included,  you need to share the costs with two other flatmates.
