Description
Since my flatmate (female) is working full-time, I need someone to share the council tax (approximately £1,094 per person per year). If you’re a student but willing to split the council tax, feel free to inquire as well (Bus D6 goes directly to Queen Mary, and UCL School of Management is within walking distance).
The rent is £2,850 per month, £1,425 per person, excluding bills. Since there’s a difference between the master and second bedroom, the rent for the second bedroom will be slightly lower. You can discuss with the current flatmate which room to stay in. The second bedroom has a large balcony, while the master bedroom is en-suite and slightly bigger. Both bathrooms are the same size.
The postcode is E14 9LU, and it’s just a one-minute walk to Crossharbour DLR station. There are also bus stops for D8, D6, etc. right outside. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line and Jubilee Line (Canary Wharf Station), which is very convenient. If you work in Canary Wharf, it’s an easy walk.
There’s an ASDA and Tesco nearby, and a 10-minute walk will take you to Tian Tian Supermarket and Yohome. There are also Chinese restaurants in the area.
Requirements: Ideally someone who can take over my entire contract. Couples are not accepted.
