I'm a friendly, down to earth British guy in my late 30s and would consider myself chilled, clean & tidy, home proud, quiet, respectful & considerate. Im creative and work for myself (from home) as a Graphic Designer and have lived in East London for over 15 years. Very much into my art, design, photography, music, mediation, galleries, flea markets, cycling etc.
ABOUT YOU :
Essentially I do not mind if you are in your mid 20s or if you are mid 40s - Im just looking for a lodger who is respectful and considerate, responsible, clean and tidy and easy to get along with. Would be nice to share with someone I genuinely get on well with; can have a good chat to, a drink together on occasions but also with respect for one another’s space and privacy.
I will say overall my ‘party days’ are pretty much over with my home being my quiet space (Zen vibes only!) - so looking for someone on the quieter, more chilled side of things. Ideally a working professional (with no more than 2 days WFH) Or a responsible mature student - QMUL is only 15 mins walk away. Strictly No couples.
