Room in a Shared Flat, London, E3

Hey - opening up this room in our 2 bed flat. Seriously amazing view from the balcony overlooking the bridge and the canal directly Victoria Park. 

You're about 30 seconds from walking around the park, 2 min from working (laptops allowed) in the glass screened coffee shop right inside, 15 min walk along the canal to the food market in hackney wick, or a 10 min bus to Brick Lane and Colombia Road (the bus picks up right outside the flat). 

Tube lines bus too. It's worth the luxury of spending all your time at the park and walking along the canals. 5 min - 10 min ride gets you to Bethnal Green, Mile End, Hackney Wick, or London Fields. West Ham stadium and Olympic Park  are at the end of the road.

The London skyline (gherkin, shard, Liverpool street) are in perfect view over the water from the balcony. Canary Wharf can be seen clearly from your room. 

Normal living situation inside. Word on the street is that WE nailed it decorating the place 🤙 but you can be the judge of that WE guess. Your room is normal, already has a bed and can fit a desk if you want to wfh. Already taken care of the wifi xbox, bills, etc.

WE go to the Puregym (don't judge) along the canal which makes getting to the gym legitimately easier it's a beautiful walk (5 min). Pubs everywhere, Hackney Wick is absolutely lively pretty much every day of the week if you like going out. Great food, great vibes in the east.

30 year old dude from California on a work visa in tech. Big into football, surfing, usually end up traveling abroad every couple months. 

Looking for a wingman or at least someone vaguely similar. Not in any hurry so up to you the time frame.
