Room in a Shared Flat, London, E3

Hey - opening up this room in my 2 bed flat. Seriously amazing view from the balcony overlooking a bridge over the canal into Victoria Park.

Hackney Wick, London Fields, Stratford and Hagerstown are all 15 min walk away with serious vibes and posh places to have some food or a pint. The park in all its glory can be seen from the living room and the condition, you can working from the coffee shop right inside or one of the pubs on the corner in minutes.

Few nice gyms that are an easy walk along the canal. Pubs everywhere. Great food markets on all sides and inside the park an easy walk.

Living room is tasteful (I think, tried my best lol) kitchen is normal and bathroom is classy all marble.

Your room is pretty standard. Empty right now but the rest of the house is completely furnished with wifi xbox etc. Yours has a nice view of Canary Wharf over the neighboring flats. Actually just ordered a bed set which should be here by October so it's up to you if you want to keep it or not.

I'm looking for someone like me to share this place. Young ish dude who's active, sporty, etc. 30 year old dude from California living in London for the past 3 years on a work visa. Football (CYOG), surfing, gym, social, travel etc pretty standard stuff. Working as an account manager for a tech company.

Only flag is the distance to the tube lines. I was a little chuffed when I was looking at this place originally, but if you trust me it's not a problem. Bus line 8 picks up right across the street and gets you anywhere in 5-10 min, and walking through the park or down the canal is gorgeous which is a huge plus in my mind.
