Hi we are Abdullah and Konstantina, and we're searching for a friendly and easygoing flatmate to join us in our lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in East London that we moved into only 2 months ago. The plan was always to share this spacious flat with a flatmate, and the second room just got furnished with everything brand new (bed, mattress, cupboard, desk)
About Us:
* We're both hybrid computery professionals who like to live kinda healthy/eco-friendly up to a point (recycled toilet paper yes, vegetarian sometimes, 2 minute showers no).
* We like to cook together, go to music/theatre/cinema, and exercise.
* We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and maybe up for sharing meals, large orders, or perishables?
* Random + points: the flat has a dishwasher, pressure cooker/air fryer, robot hoover, built-in ventilator fans, and great fibre optic WiFi.
* We tend to keep the house cozy/warm to a light jumper/cardigan temperature. Bills per person per month come to around £100 = £55 council tax + £9 internet + £20 electricity + £5 water + some small amount for hot water than the landlord has not passed on yet.
* No agency - we deal directly with 2 great landladies through OpenRent and WhatsApp. They have been great about everything so we far, and are very amenable.

About the Apartment:
* Spacious & Stylish: Two double bedrooms (we'll be in the en-suite), modern open-plan kitchen/living area, and a fantastic private balcony.
* Ideal Location: 10-15 minutes from Bow Church, Bow Road and 20 minutes from Mile End. So excellent transport links to the City, Canary Wharf, and the West End. Also 20 minutes walking to Hackney Wick for the Overground/Mildmay Line and various restaurants/music/culture spots.
