Room in a Shared Flat, London, SE1

I am moving out to live with my boyfriend. I have been living in this flat for the past 2 years with my current flatmate and absolutely love it. The bed is brand new, we got it changed 5/6 months ago. It is a great size and very comfy.

You will have your own bathroom which got entirely refurbished when we moved in 2 years ago.

The building has a concierge, a gym with brand-new equipment, and a sauna.

My flatmate is an easygoing 33-year-old Brazilian guy who works in the financial industry. He goes to the office twice a week.

From the flat, it is a 10 min walk to Bermondsey Station, 12 min walk to London Bridge Station and 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop. There is a Tesco 7 min away. It is also a 10 min walk to Tower Bridge.

I am looking for a person to replace me in the contract. The contract starts in November and lasts for 2 years. However, there is a 1-year break clause so you don't have to stay 2 years if you don't want to. The real estate agency would have to do the usual background/credit checks. Also, the person would have to be willing to pay me the amount I paid for the deposit and get it back at the end of the contract from the real state agency (you would be replacing me in the contract so you willget the amount I paid in the beginning).

The person has to be clean and easygoing. My flatmate is very friendly, clean, and easy to get on with.

I would be looking to move out by 20 December at the latest.

Council - £86 each
Internet £22.34 each
Energy - £102 each
