The area is safe and I’m within walking distance of two parks. The flat has a large and private garden - ideal for chilled summer evenings.

I love pets and currently have a cat (Casper)

So really, i’m looking for a professional who is also a pet lover 💕

A bit about me

My name is Gianni and Casper my is my lovely cat

I’m a very respectful and clean housemate . Whilst i enjoy going to the gym almost every day 💪 and also having drinks/food together with friends, (in moderation) 😉😉…and respect each other's space. I would like someone who reflects those values, sees the flat as their home and can grow into a good friend.

P. s to be a pet lover is a plus as I’m doing also dog sitting time to time ❤️

About the flat:

The flat itself is quite spacious, with an open-plan kitchen and living area. As mentioned, we have a private garden that is big especially for London.

The bedroom is about 15sqm big and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

If the storage in the room isn't enough for you, then we have plenty of alternatives throughout the flat and a cellar.
