There is a very spacious room( 24 square meters )  

The bed is a small single with more than 2000 sprung pockets mattress. It is super comfortable small bed. The room is very spacious with a 2 meters long table for work. 

This is a three -bedroom flat WITHOUT living  room.  There are two Young girls in their late 20’s living here. They are professionals and working full time. The room is available for a short term rent. 3- 6 months rent. 

£1000 per calendar month. Water bills, council tax and wifi are included in the rent. 

Gas and electricity bills  are NOT included and it is shared with another two girls. £30-£50 per calendar month roughly. And there is a £16 cleaner fee monthly. 

It is 10 minutes walk to Wimbledon main station where trains and tubes are available for central London. There is district line to Earl’s Court and Paddington. 

Wimbledon common and village is about 20 minutes walk and you will love it if you like nature. It is a good jogging place and enjoy some birds 🦅 watching or golf. Wimbledon village has the best coffee shops and bars in town with a great farmer market on Sunday morning.
