It's right next to Brockwell Park, which is great as it's a bit of the countryside in the city, and has one of London's best Lidos. It's great to walk through it on your way to and from work. If you're a jogger, then it's an ideal spot for you.

It's also just a 10-15 minute walk away from Brixton tube station, or literally 5 minutes on the bus. And there are 3 buses that go to Brixton tube station from the bus stop right outside the flat.

Tulse Hill station is also just a few minutes away in the other direction. From there you can get over ground trains to London Bridge and Gatwick – so easy for holidays too :)
