You'll have use of my spare bedroom and shared shower room ONLY. NO kitchen access. Bills include: fast speed Internet, energy, water, council tax. Deposit five weeks' rent payable prior to move in.

There's a lift to the 6th floor apartment overlooking a cute park and London's skyline. This is a quiet peaceful neighbourhood and we would like to keep it that way.
