We're looking for a flatmate that is professional, male or female, calm but likes to socialise from time to time.  

Flat is suitable for a single and non- smoking person.

I’m 36 yo professional working long hours (not from home), so we appreciate peace when I’m at home, but we don’t mind nice conversation after a long day 😉 Ideally, new flatmate is someone who is also office based.

Second non-listed resident  is a ginger cat that loves treats and pats when it suits her.

The flat is located near Acton Main Line/ Elizabeth line  and North Acton station, in a nice quiet area, close to lots of shops and high street.

It’s two bedroom flat with one shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It’s on the first floor, no access to ground floor garden.

There is no parking space, but the parking off street is available.

Monthly rent is £850 with bills included (apart from tv license).

Required documents:

1. Passport or any other form of ID

2. Three months of bank statements

3. Employment reference

4. Previous landlord reference

If we will agree on living together, the Landlord will check your documents and invite you for an interview.

I’m available to organise viewings asap, during the week after 7pm or during the weekend. Room is available from 23/09.
