I am happy to rent out one medium room in the heart of Leytostone, East London zone 3. The flat is very cosy with 3 bedrooms and shower room, large kitchen and big garden. The flat is close by short walking distance to Superstore Tesco and Aldi or High Road Leytostone where are all the amenities and restaurants, Poundland, Pure Gym , Iceland and barber shop, nails shops.
Is very good and quiet location with 5-6 minutes walking to Leytonstone Station Central Line, also close to Walthamstow Market.

This room can accommodate only one person. We are very friendly and full time working people, quiet and the house is clean and fresh painted. We would love to have you as a roommate and have a good time and BBQ togheter in our garden. Would love to have someone for long term, someone who is working and responsible for paying the rent monthly, also quiet.

The room is available to be rented from 2nd November 2024. Our beautiful flatmate is going back to her own country so we need to find a good person.
