1 double   room  available from 22nd of December for 1 or 2 people 205 pw in  Royal  Victoria  including  all  bills.

5 pounds per week will be added for the cleaner.

And second double room available from 16th of December for 190 per week for 1 or 2 people including bills.

Plus 5 pounds per week will be added for the cleaner.

She will come to clean shared area of the flat every 2 weeks.

All bills included electricity, gas, water, council tax, service charges, heating, wi-fi

4 rooms total in the flat. 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen.

It is close to Royal Victoria DLR station only 1 minute walk to station. 1 stop to Canning Town Zone 2 and few stops to Stratford station and Canary Wharf. Fully furnished. Unlimited Broadband Internet. Address is Martindale avenue  E16 3AB  (Royal Victoria DLR).  

No cats or dogs at the property.

We will require only 2 weeks deposit  and you can pay rent every 2 weeks.

Also proof of funds or confirmation of full time job contract.
