I’m looking for a replacement tenant for a flat I am vacating in Nov/Dec (flexible).
-The fully furnished flat with ensuite washroom is a 4-5 mins walk from Southall Station that has the Elizabeth line which takes you to Liverpool Street in 25 mins.
-The building has many amenities such as a rooftop gym and garden, yoga room, a working space on the ground floor, a party room AND a karaoke room!! :star-struck:
-There are plenty of grocery stores available nearby.
-It’s a 3bhk flat, other two flatmates, (F, 25) and (M, 31) both work in the sports industry and love to cook, watch movies, play games (all subscriptions included) (we have 65inch tv and a PS5 too!).
