This is a flat share- and the other tenant are a young professional female and therefore a female tenant is preferred. Water bill included. Other bills (broadband, energy) and council tax are not included but come up to a total of roughly £120/person. EPC rating C. Council tax Band D.

AREA: The flat is in Zone 1, opposite from E&C tube station with access to Northern & Bakerloo Lines. E&C train station is less than a 5 minute walk (Thameslink to King’s Cross/City/Luton/Gatwick).
