It is approximately a 4-minute walking distance to Clapham Junction station, perfect for commuting. You only need to take 10 minutes to Victoria and Waterloo, 30 minutes to Soho.

The rent fee is actually £1087.50, excluding bills.

Bill price per person:

Water: approx. £25

Gas: £20

WiFi: £8.25

Council Tax: £47

Electricity: around £20-30 (higher usage in winter)

Heating: you need to talk with your future roommate.

So it will be around £1200/month.

You will share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with the other tidy girl; she expects you to keep the home clean and tidy.

Kitchen facilities are well equipped: dish water, brand-new washing machine with dryer, gas stove, storage units, oven and microwave.

You will take my lease from 03/01/25 to 03/06/25, then resign the contract with the agency. It won't increase the rent as it just raised the price this summer.

The rent fee is paid monthly and directly transferred to the agency.
