We're looking for a single or couple to takeover as myself and partner are moving out. There are 3 others you would be living with, all working professionals from New Zealand in their late 20s who enjoy travel, exercise, food and drink.

The flat is on Mildmay Road, Islington and covers two floors. The home is really modern, has great heating (underfloor heating on the first floor and radiators on the second) and a lovely backyard with a large table and BBQ. The area is really lovely with great cafes and pubs nearby.

Rent is £1750 a month and excludes bills (council tax, water, gas and electricity and wifi) which comes to roughly £95 a month a head (assuming 5 in the flat).
