Hello!

We’re looking for someone to join a lovely 2-bedroom flat November 1st in Camden. The flat could not be in a more perfect location – 5 minutes from Regent’s Park, groceries/shops just a few minutes away, close to Camden Market, buses/tube close by (Camden Town & Mornington Crescent), and a great pub across the street (Edinboro Castle).

The flat is newly refurbished and quite spacious – split across the 2nd and 3rd floors, with the bedrooms/bathroom upstairs and kitchen/living area downstairs. We share the master bedroom and are looking for someone to replace the flatmate in the 2nd bedroom.

It originally came unfurnished, and is now fully furnished with the opportunity to buy everything in the spare bedroom (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.) The building is shared with a couple occupying the basement/ground floor, and a single flat on the 1st floor.

A little bit about us – we’re a couple in our mid-30’s and share the master bedroom. I’m from the US and my boyfriend is Australian. I work in marketing and he works in sales in the beer industry. I typically am in the office a couple of days a week, and he’s usually in/out most days. We’re quite laid back and love cooking, working out, catching up with friends after work, and exploring new areas on the weekends.

Ideal candidate we’re looking for:

  • Clean and respectful of the space - we intend to have a cleaner come every couple of weeks to do the deep cleaning

  • Fun and laid back – occasionally we have friends over for dinner or drinks before going out, but it’s not a party flat

  • Not coming in with a ton of stuff – I love cooking and have a very well stocked kitchen, so perfect for someone who is looking for something already furnished. (There is storage in the upstairs loft though)

My flatmate is moving out at the end of October, so we’re looking to set up interviews on the 11th – 13th. If you express interest, please tell us a little bit about yourself including your occupation, work schedule, and what you’re looking for.
