Looking for lodger(s) for the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat in Streatham Hill. Ideal for a couple. It’s just been painted. 

The bedroom is en-suite with a new bathroom and green views over to Crystal Palace. In-built storage. Access to the open-plan kitchen, dining room and a second family bathroom. I can add a kettle, microwave, toaster if needed. No kitchen utensils etc. provided. 

The second bedroom would only be used very occasionally with advance notice, so essentially this is for the whole flat.

Photos of the flat from the previous owners included. There will be a dining table and the other half of the sofa put in. 

£1600 plus bills. I will cover 50% council tax all the building fees. Available immediately; definitely until March 2025, possibly longer-term shared.
