Room in a Shared Flat, Newington Causeway, SE1

I’m looking for a new flatmate for the master room in a 2 bed flat. I own the flat but am relocating for work.

The room is a large double, newly furnished and decorated and has black out blinds. Lots of storage with a built in wardrobe and extra storage throughout the flat.

The flat is nicely decorated with a good size open plan living room and kitchen. Price is inclusive of all access to the onsite gym and pool. We have a communal courtyard with a koi pond, residents lounge and an underground secure car park for cars and bikes. 24h concierge which makes the place really secure and guarantees collection of deliveries! Bills come to £150 per month.

You will be sharing with one working professional, female, age 22. Who is often out exploring London but also loves a chilled night in and hanging out in the evening.

The flat is in an amazing location, opposite Elephant and Castle tube station, really well connected bus routes and just a 5 minute walk to Elephant Park with loads of local pubs, Resturant’s and cafes. Lots of green spaces around and well set up with cycle lanes.
