Fully furnished with a double bed and really good mattress. The room also has a small desk and chair. Plus chest of drawers and clothing rail. 

The flat is very quiet - it is surrounded by other flats so there is no traffic noise at any time. It’s also a new build and is really warm. 

Nice kitchen/living room. There’s a south-facing balcony off this room. 

One shared bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. 

Good internet. 

The neighbourhood is great - Clapton overground is a 7-minute walk and there’s a good gym (Blok) nearby also. There’s also a co-working space (Drop-In).

I’m also happy to adjust the price if someone is only looking for a room for a few nights per week.
