Want a quiet, clean, easygoing, and respectful flatmate. Although we have regular cleaning service once every two weeks on common area (about 20 extra GBP per month), it is important that the new roommate always cleans up after each use of any common area. Ideally, also some one who has some spare time to tutor a teeager (will give discounts on rent).
Note: the room now has new high-gloss laminate floor instead of old carpet. Also, no cooking/noise after 10pm.
