My friends are buying a house so their room has become available in our 2 bed flat

Kingsize bed with built-in wardrobes with a lot of other storage available. Flat is part furnished and has a garden and parking space available. 

It is in brixton hill and can get buses to brixton and Clapham common tube easily. In addition to tulse hill and Streatham hill train station

Rent is £1200 pcm not including bills, which are around 150 per month. Fortnightly cleaner is included in the rent

You'll be sharing with myself. I'm 31, from london and work in finance
