A double bedroom in a three bedroom split level flat is available to rent on the 4th December.

The property is located on a quiet part of the apartment block and is very close to the new Battersea Power Station underground line, as well as two train stations, Battersea Park and Queenstown Road, which are one stop to Victoria and one stop to Waterloo respectively. Within a few minutes walk there are a number of bars and restaurants, including the newly developed Battersea Power Station area, large supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose), open spaces of Battersea Park, river Thames and Chelsea Bridge.

Property is over two floors. Ground floor has a shared kitchen, downstairs toilet and lounge/dinning room with entrance to a large private balcony. First floor has three bedrooms with wardrobes and beds included and a shared bathroom. 

Normally the apartment is rent to three friends. Currently, one of them needs to move to a different area for work reasons and the other two want to stay.
