Room in a Shared Flat, Porchester Gate, W2

Hey all - my name is Kenza, I'm 25 and work in finance. Been living in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in front of Hyde Park for 2 years now; and my flatmate is moving out as she's leaving the country... therefore I am looking for someone to take over her room :)
The apartment has a very large living space filled with natural light, including cosy living room / TV area and and dinner table area - as well as a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you need.
The room you'd be renting has a double bed, its own bathroom with shower, as well as ample closet space! Considering the area and the quality of the apartment, the rental price is extremely good! (24/7 portal service and central heating are also included in the rent)

I am personally very neat, outgoing, and work in the office 4-5x a week. Never throw parties but occasionally (like once a month or so) could have a friend come over for dinner or drinks (which you're welcome to join!)

Looking for someone with similar interest and mindset; who'd be able to move in from mid-January 2024 (entry date is flexible).
