The room is in a flat on the 1st floor of the building and has a nice private bathroom with shower toilet and storage space. The house is fully equipped and has a nice living room area to relax in. The kitchen as all the necessary electronics and utensils and has a great gas hob.

I am looking for a working professional to substitute me in the house since I will unfortunately be leaving London. The location is very good, in Bermondsey right by the river and 5 minutes walk from Tower Bridge. Bermondsey subway is 10 minutes away and supermarkets within a 3-5min walk. The property is part of a nice and safe condominium with 24h concierge, gym and Sauna, the area is super good with amazing restaurants and nice pubs close by.

The house will be shared with a nice clean Italian that works as a lawyer. He is a very chill guy that became a close friend of mine in the last 2 years we lived together. He is a hardworking person that loves to do sports and also have a great time on the weekends.

The council tax is around 100£ per person and bills (electricity/water/gas) Internet around 60£ per person per month.
