Additionally, the flat exists across 3 different floors with each bedroom on a separate level, adding to how large it feels. There's a separate washing machine and dryer for convenience. 


Great location! 5 minute walk to Kensal Rise station (overground), 10 minute walk to Queens Park station (bakerloo line/overground). 20 minutes door to door to Paddington. Jump on a bus to Portabello Road or Notting Hill and be there within 15 - 20 minutes. Lots of great pubs and restaurants a stones throw away on Chamberlayne Rd. or nearby Salisbury Rd. 

What we are looking for:
- Single tenants. Couples, please do not apply. 
- A guarantor is essential to live here. Only tenants with guarantors may apply. I cannot stress this enough as not having one will only cause issues with paperwork down the line. If you are in a position where you can pay 6 months rent in advance than this is open to consideration. 
- Someone who is relaxed and friendly - the current two other tenants are lovely kind people, and cohesion between tenants is important to us. 
- Respect, consideration and care for the property. It really is a home. Had my circumstances not changed it is somewhere I would have gladly stayed for years and years.
