THE ROOM
Big and bright en-suite room with two big windows. Fully furnished Double bed, draws and large wardrobe. Large en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating.

The apartment is on the top floor of Omega Works, which has 24 hour security & concierge useful for all your daytime deliveries.

THE PEOPLE
You will be sharing with 3 other young fun cool professionals in their thirties. Two guys one girl, all in tech, property and fitness/sales. We all live busy lives and are easy to get on with, like to hang out over brunch or dinner when we have time, everyone likes to keep the flat nice and tidy too :).

THE DETAILS
All bills included are £350 per month. The cleaner comes twice a month and cleans all of the flat including bedrooms and en-suites too. Bills cover all cleaning equipment, and kitchen stuff too, oil, foil etc.... All bills are electricity /water/council tax/ Netflix high-speed Hyperoptic fiberoptic with boosters around the flat. Bills also include all cleaning equipment and kitchen provisions.

So the total cost is £1,400 per month.
