There are several groceries around the area including a massive Waitrose. The area is surrounded by clubs, gyms and my favourite; It is facing the entrance to St. Katherine's Docks. If you like to enjoy yourself with a glass of wine on a sunny day at the marina as much as I do, then this is your place.

As a plus, the rent includes a private parking space only accessible for residents in the building basement for your bicycle, in case you cycle to work or own a bicycle.
