Hello :) 

Myself (28) and Tori (29) are looking for someone to join our 3-bed flat near Manor House - only a stone's throw from Finsbury Park!. Our friend is moving in with their partner so hoping to fill the room with a new friend. I would describe the flat as a balance between community and individualistic which we like to keep clean and cosy.

- £938 / month (£1,077 deposit)

- Minimum stay 6 months  

The Flat 

We have a shared living space full of plants where we read, watch films and share tea. This fronts onto a garden where we've had BBQs in the summer and attempted to grow plants. Sometimes we cook together like burrito night or Sunday roast and on the odd occasion you'll find home baked goods for everyone.

About Us

We are both working professionals where I work as a Geotechnical Engineer and Tori works as a Catastrophe Modeller. We like to socialise think spontaneous pub / cafe trips and we are also respectful of each other's space including bedtime. 

The Area 

Manor House / Harringay is great! We are less than 5 minutes from Green Lanes which has so many great Turkish restaurants (insane post pub kebabs), the Dusty Knuckle and big Saino's / Aldi. We live on Harringay ladder which is a quiet and homely neighbourhood which has cats and sunflowers in the summer. Nearby locations includes: Stoke Newington (Church Street, 40 minute walk), Dalton / Hackney (30 minute bus), Crouch End (20 minutes), Finsbury Park (Parkland Walk, 10 minutes walk) and Hampstead Heath (20 minute overground).
