Room in a Shared Flat, Santley Street, SW4

I am very sadly moving out of my bright, warm double bedroom on 9th October so I am looking for someone to take my room with my lovely, social housemates who I met at work. It’s a 3-bedroom flat located between Clapham North and Brixton.

The housemates are Tom (26) and Jeeven (27), friends who met through work (though they no longer work together). Tom is an avid cyclist, climber and part time runner. Jeeven is a football fan and loves football manager!!

They’re seeking a like-minded professional, ideally of a similar age, who is active, social, and enjoys both going out and relaxing at home. We have a great TV in our lounge with all the subscriptions so you’ll definitely enjoy some film nights together!

They are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will be respectful of the space.

The flat is on a quiet street as it is at a dead end (so no cars keeping you awake!) and features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, with space to store a bike if you have one.

My room is an upstairs double, which gets loads of light and lovely sunsets. It’s furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and bed. A desk can also be included for a small fee if needed.

They work a mix of from home and in the office and would ideally like someone with a similar working pattern.

⭐️ Rent: £1,025-£1125 per month (we need to resign the contract and the landlord is considering slightly increasing the rent. We expect the rent to be £1,075)
⭐️Deposit: £1,250
⭐️Bills: Around £150 per month (includes electricity, TV, broadband, council tax)
⭐️Parking: Permitted street parking available
⭐️Cleaner: Every 2 weeks for shared spaces
⭐️Bathroom: Jeeven has an en-suite so you will only be sharing with Tom
⭐️Transport: 8-10 mins to Brixton and Clapham Common stations, 10-12 mins to Clapham High Street Overground
