A room is available for rent in a 3 bed 1 bathroom flat located in a strategic location. You will be living with 2 friendly and sociable girls from Spain (tenants) who are working professionals. We are looking for a female replacement (ideally also a working professional) to keep the house dynamics as is as I am moving out to live with a friend.
Ideally, someone who is happy to clean after themselves, likes to have a chat once in a while, but also keen to respect boundaries.
The flat is conveniently located, very close to bus stops going to central, located less than a 5 mins walk which will take you to London Bridge in approx 30 mins, whereas the tube (Jubilee line and the Overground) is only 10 mins walk away.
It is a short walk to Tesco Extra, Sainsbury, Decathlon, Odeon, and other good cafes and restaurants around the area.
The rent is £930 pcm and bills are £120 - totalling £1050 pcm all inclusive. The rent also includes a cleaning service who comes once a fortnight to clean the common areas.
You will have to pay the first month’s rent in advance + deposit of 5 weeks rent prior to moving in. Your deposit will be kept in a protection scheme so it’ll be safe!
