A double room available for rent in Forest Gate. It’s a 2 minute walk to the station with great links into central London, Stratford in 4 mins.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you need.

The place has a huge garden, great for summer BBQs, it also comes with a very large, secure outdoor building which is great for storage.

Currently living with my best friend who is moving out in February, however the room can be available slightly earlier if needed. The current contract ends in June, so can be a short term let until then or the contract can be extended for another 12 months.

As a current tenant I’m looking for someone who wants to help make the place a home. I’m used to living with others so I keep the place tidy and considerate of others space. I’d love to be able to hang out in the evenings and become friends rather than just housemates, but also enjoy my own space so would be respectful of yours.

I have a very sweet ragdoll cat so you would need to be happy having him around (he’s great for cuddles) but would keep him out of your room. He’s an indoor cat.

Referencing would need to be done prior to moving in by the letting agents.
