Room in a Shared Flat, Seyssel Street, E14

Looking for a student or young professional to join a flat of recent undergraduates in Island Gardens. We moved to London after graduating from university in Scotland last summer, we are all orginally from other parts of the world but have lived in the UK for over four years now. All of us are friends and very easygoing, I have decided to travel elsewhere before graduate school but my flatmates plan to continue living and working here.

The flat has an open floor plan on the ground floor with a combined communal living room/dining room, and the landlord replaced many of the kitchen appliances when we moved in. The landlord is planning on conducting several upgrades/renovations in the near future, nothing terribly disruptive but you can expect fresh carpets/toilet within the next few months!
