🏡 This flat is a mere 1 min from Vauxhall station, offering excellent access to various destinations. I'm seeking a roommate, a woman, to take over my room until the end of August, starting from any day in January.

As I move in with my partner, one room in our uni friends' shared flat will be available. The flat's contract began on 09/23 for a year, extending until the end of August 2024. You can choose to extend with the current occupants or find new roommates. Moving out in August is also an option.

The flat accommodates 3 people sharing the bathroom (1 en-suite room) and 4 people sharing the kitchen. A spacious living room allows for gatherings and parties. Amenities include a dishwasher, drying rack, wardrobe, and seating. In the room, there are a bed, chair and desk. Some shelves and some bedding are mine so they will be gone but I’m happy to leave some if you would like. (Mattress and bed sheet are furnished)

The only downside is that this flat is on the 4th floor without lifts, free gym!

Rent is £850/month, and bills (around £100/month, depending on usage) are not included. Deposit is 1125£
